General Event Shot List

By default, these are the shots we aim to capture.  Success of image capturing can be effected by scheduling, low light, and other things outside of our control. Our goal is to capture high quality images and showcase your event in its best light. 

If you have specific requests we would love to talk with you about them beforehand!

Venue: 

• wide outside, and inside 

  *wide shots of the venue inside without guests are not always possible if we are not booked an hour in advance of event start time, and/or the venue is fully setup in time

• welcome/check in station

• catering, special booths or stations

• decor, floral, table decor

Brand Details: 

• signage, banners, bogos

• swag, guest gifts

• anywhere we see the brand or event name 

GUESTS:

• entering, checking in

• interacting with the space, branded backgrounds / step & repeat

• candid, mingling, smiling, laughing

• special activities: team building, games, interactive elements

Speakers and Panels:

• we aim to get flattering images of the speakers, and at least one wide shot with the audience in foreground

• candids of audience during speeches 

Sponsors: 

• guests interacting with sponsor booths

• booth details

Entertainment:

• the entertainment on stage, and engaging with audience

• audience dancing / listening

• wide shots of venue full with guests
  

**Group Photos

Please inform us in advance of any group shots that need to be captured. Often we will need assistance to locate the groups. We will often need to scout a good location to ensure lighting is appropriate. This can vary greatly depending on the number of people in the shot.
